General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General
These general terms and conditions of sale strictly apply to all product sales made in Spain (including the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands) and to European countries in shipping zones 1 and 2: Andorra, Portugal, France, Benelux, United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany.
The sales are made by IgoneNatural – Igone Amoztegui Solano, with Tax ID No. 72707407Z and registered office at Pla de Quart, Polígono 5, Parcela 25, 03430 Onil, Alicante, Spain (hereinafter referred to as IgoneNatural), and are intended exclusively for individuals (consumers).
Placing an order with IgoneNatural implies the unreserved acceptance of the current General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will apply to the corresponding order as well as to any subsequent orders, unless new conditions are communicated by IgoneNatural.
Failure by IgoneNatural to enforce any of these conditions at any given time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to enforce them in the future.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These conditions, and any actions arising from them, shall be governed by Spanish law, except where public policy provisions dictate otherwise.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on the IgoneNatural website are in Euros and include VAT applicable on the date of the order. Any changes in VAT rates will be automatically applied to the product prices.
Offers will be shown in the “Offers” section or on the product page, and unless otherwise stated, will remain valid as long as they are visible online.
3. Payment Methods
When placing an order, the customer may choose from the following payment methods:

4. Products
All product offers are subject to stock availability. IgoneNatural reserves the right to modify the product range based on supplier availability.
Images, graphics, and product descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
5. Shipping

Products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

Invoices are available at all times to registered customers via their personal account. Both registered and guest users may request an invoice by emailing info@igonenatural.com.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Any delivery delays do not imply cancellation of the order or entitlement to compensation.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier obtains the customer's signature on the delivery receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon delivery and report any issues on the delivery note.

Shipping is available to all of Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic and Canary Islands) and to Europe: France, Benelux countries, United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery area and the weight of the package. These costs will be shown before completing the purchase.

Orders over €50 delivered to mainland Spain are eligible for free shipping.
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Product Returns
In compliance with current legislation, customers have the right to return any item purchased from IgoneNatural within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions for acceptance of the return:

The product must be in its original, sealed packaging and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customers may use the courier of their choice, provided it ensures the product arrives in perfect condition. Returns that arrive damaged or incomplete will not be accepted.
If the return is due to a defective product or an error in the order, IgoneNatural will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
In cases where the return is due to customer dissatisfaction, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.
6.2 Order Cancellation

If the cancellation is made before the order is dispatched, there will be no charge.

If the cancellation is made after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping and return shipping costs.
